About job board posting limits

The number of adverts you can post to a job board (your posting limits) are set by your Company Administrator. These can either be set as Quota or Slots.


Quota
If you do have Quota remaining, this will be displayed on the job board on Step 1 of posting an advert and you will be able to select the necessary job board. Once you have posted an advert the remaining Quota for each job board will be displayed.

If the AdCourier system detects that you have no Quota left on a job board, based on what your Company Administrator has set, then you will be unable to select this job board on Step 1 of posting an advert.

Slots
If you have remaining Slots this will be displayed on the job board on Step 1 of posting an advert. Once an advert has been posted you will see how many Slots you have left.

If you have reached your Slot limit Adcourier will offer you the choice of replacing an advert that is already live on the job board, a drop down list will appear on the Preview + Send page (this will only appear if the job board supports the delete function).

Your Company Administrator may set Slots for you to share with other users within your team, office or company. If all Slots are in use you will only have the option to delete your own adverts. If you have no live adverts or do not wish to delete any you will not be able to post an advert to that job board. Please contact your Company Administrator if this is the case.

How to check what posting limits will be used:
If your Company Administrator has set limits on the number of adverts you can post then you will see these in the Job Board Limits section, on the Preview + Send page when posting an advert.

This section will not appear if there are no Posting Limits set.
