Usernames and passwords can be mapped into the system at global, office, team or user level. Setting this up allows you to protect your usernames and passwords from the consultants, and should someone leave the company, you can delete their AdCourier account rather than change all of the CV searching passwords.
To add a new subscription
To add a new subscription to AdCourier, click on the CV Search tab and then the add subscription drop down. Locate and select the job board you wish to subscribe to. This will open the subscription page with all levels of the company displayed and the required subscription details (i.e username and password, client ID etc). The details entered must reflect those provided by the job board.
If all users use the same login to access the CV search, you can add the details at company level. You can add subscription details to any level (i.e. Office level, Team level or User level) meaning that each unique office, team or user will be logging in to their own unique accounts.
Click Save once the correct details have been entered.
Note: If you wish users to have access to multiple CV Search accounts for one job board you can setup more than one subscription for each site. To do this follow the steps above. You can rename each subscription, managing multiple CV Seach accounts is then made easier.
