How to delete an advert

Advert deletion can be run from the Manage Adverts page or from the Advert Details page.  The Manage Adverts page allows you to run up to 10 delete actions at one time, whereas Advert Details only allows you to delete adverts from individual job boards.

Not all job boards support the delete function, so you may occasionally be required to remove adverts directly from job boards.


How to delete a single advert
From Manage Adverts you can delete an entire job by clicking the tick box in line with the job title (this will delete the advert from all supported boards the job has been posted to) and pressing the delete button. If you delete an advert, it will be moved into the archive, even if the advert contains job boards that do not support the delete function.


How to delete Multiple adverts
From Manage Adverts you can delete up to 10 entire jobs by clicking the tick box in line with each job title (this will delete the advert from all supported boards the job has been posted to) and pressing the delete button. If you delete an advert, it will be moved into the archive, even if the advert contains job boards that do not support the delete function.


How to delete from individual job boards
In Manage Adverts up to 10 adverts can be deleted from individual job boards by clicking the plus icon in line with the job title and clicking the tick box next to the relevant job board (if delete function is supported). Then clicking the delete button.

In Advert Details click the delete icon, select which job board(s) you wish to delete from, and press confirm. Supported boards are indicated by a globe icon and unsupported boards by a lock icon.
