How to set the salary
The Salary + Benefits field (Step 2 of post an advert) is made up of two optional parts. If you choose to enter a numeric value (from and to) you must put a value in both boxes. The adjoining free text value allows you to enter any benefits that come with the job. The different ways to use the salary field are listed below:
Salary Range
You can enter a numeric range for your salary e.g. 25,000 to 29,000.
Fixed Salary
You can enter the two same fixed numeric values e.g. 32,000 to 32,000.
No Salary
You can leave these fields blank, if the job boards you are posting to supports this. However, if you choose to leave the numeric fields blank then you must enter something in the benfeits field i.e. Negotiable or Market Rates.
Note:
The Salary + Benefits field is not mandatory however your advert may fail to upload onto some job boards if you do not enter a numeric value.
The AdCourier system will add 0 to 0 as your salary values if you do not fill in these fields.
