Response tracking report
This report allows you to view advert response rates from each job board, and can be filtered using a broad range of criteria.
Primarily the report shows the number of adverts posted to each job board against the number of candidate responses received - whilst providing an average ratio based on these figures.
More importantly the report shows the relevancy of candidate applications using information from the candidate flagging system. By viewing the number of unsuitable candidates produced by each job board, you can see which job boards are highly targeted and those that may be wasting your consultant's time with low quality applications.
