Report: Activity

Activity reports
All activity reports run as CSV files into Excel. Users can only report on their own data whereas Teamleaders and Admin can report on team or office/company respectively.

Report options:
Posted Dates – Shows adverts posted

Expiry Dates – Shows adverts expired

Posted and Expiry Dates Combined – Shows both of the above

Deletion Dates – Shows deleted adverts

Candidates (based on time advert was posted) – This shows candidate details (job board source, email address, date/time of application, suitability ranking) for applications received ONLY from jobs posted between the date parameters chosen.
Candidates (based on time of application) - This shows candidate details (job board source, email address, date/time of application, suitability ranking) for applications received between the date parameters chosen.

Responses – Shows the number of responses for each job board for each unique advert posted

Detailed Aplitrak – Shows responses verses adverts posted

Failure report – Shows adverts that have failed to specific boards with reason for failure
